Maturation Arrest Acne (non-inflamed acne happens when oil and dead skin bacteria from getting in. Hence, why there is no inflammation. This type of acne looks like small pebbles under the skin (not to be confused with milia).
Causes
- Dehydrated skin

including: Isopropyl Myristate and Algae Extract. - Tobacco
